Britney Spears Fans Are Dragging Justin Timberlake After Watching ‘Framing Britney Spears’
Fans of Britney Spears aren’t major fans of her former boyfriend, Justin Timberlake.
Many took to the social media after seeing the Framing Britney Spears documentary to post some less than praising comments about the 40-year-old singer.
The documentary shows several facets of their split in 2002, which he had branded on a radio show as a derogatory term.
Diane Sawyer, who interviewed Britney after the break up and asked what she was doing wrong, also called out several fans.
“justin timberlake should’ve been cancelled a long time ago,” one fan wrote on Twitter, while another posted, “We are now an anti Justin Timberlake account #FramingBritneySpears.”
“Justin Timberlake owns [owes] Britney his career, what a scumbag #FramingBritneySpears,” another fan tweeted.
The documentary, which airs on Hulu on FX, focuses on the people close to Britney and the lawyers now connected to her conservatorship as they reassess her phenomenal career and violent demise, as she fights over who can rule her life in court with her father.
